PHILLIPS TO ALABAMA, SEPT. 24/26 In preparation for a statewide listening tour in Alabama to determine voters' opinions on important issues Dr. Phillips has sent brochures to most county Republican committees. While in Alabama he will visit, among others with a potential state coordinator I AM AGAINST OBAMACARE, With costs increasing, confusion over exchanges with some states participating while others do not, with the mandate and tax penalties plus other deficiencies apparent, I can't support this program.
